Do you accept commissions?

Yes I regularly accept commissions for my abstract and figurative work.
What are your payment method options?

I accept all major card payments through my website. Alternatively if you would like to pay by bank transfer then please email me at hello@artbysophiehannah.co.uk
Do you offer any payment plans?

I would like to make my art as accessible as possible, so if you love a piece but aren't able to pay for the whole amount then please get in touch and we can try and find a solution that works best.
What is your return policy?

We want you to be absolutely happy with your artwork, so we offer a 14 day period to try the artwork in your home and make sure you're comfortable with it. If for any reason you decide it's not right then we can assist you in finding a suitable way to return the piece to the gallery. This cost will not be covered by the gallery. Order error or damages While we make every effort to make sure the artwork arrives with you in perfect condition, if for any reason you're not happy with the condition of your order then let us know straight away. Refunding If you're returning a piece of artwork to us, you must let us know within 14 days of reciept of item. Once the art has been received, undamaged, your refund will be arranged.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes. For any purchases that require shipping outside the UK then please contact me directly to place your order so we can work out the correct shipping fee.
Can I see a piece in my home?

Please send me a couple of images of the wall you have in mind for your piece, with the width measurements of the wall. I can then superimpose the artwork to scale for you so you can see how it will look!
